Frequently Asked Questions
Products & Materials
Our repair clamps are designed for a wide range of pipe materials including ductile iron, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, UPVC, PVC-M, HDPE, PPR, FRP (fiberglass), PE steel-skeleton composite, and cement pipes. Each clamp series covers specific pipe materials — check the product datasheet for the exact BODY×PIPE combinations.
Standard shell materials are Q235 carbon steel (epoxy powder coated) and stainless steel SS304 / SS316L / Duplex 2205. Custom materials and coatings are available for special service conditions.
We offer EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM (Viton), and silicone rubber seals. The standard seal for most products is EPDM, suitable for water and general applications. FKM is recommended for oil and chemical media.
Pressure ratings vary by size and series. Standard repair clamps are rated for water mains at their working pressure; high-pressure series are available for demanding oil, gas and chemical service. Contact us with your operating pressure for a specific recommendation.
Our company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified. Product standards comply with relevant GB/T, ISO, ASTM, and BS EN standards depending on the material and product type.

Yes, samples are available for most standard products. Please contact our sales team to discuss sample availability and shipping.
Sizing & Selection
Select the clamp based on your pipe’s outer diameter (OD) and the length of the damaged section. Each product datasheet lists the applicable OD range and available lengths. Measure the pipe OD at the repair location and cross-reference the dimension table.
