Theme-Park Water Main — Straight Pipe Clamp Stops a Live Leak

The leak was on a straight run of a buried water main feeding the park. Groundwater and soil made the joint area impossible to dry out, so the repair had to work on a wet, still-pressurised pipe.

Pressure was restored and the section held. Because the repair is a mechanical wrap, the line goes straight back into service and the trench can be backfilled the same day.
